Sales prices continue to rise in the Dallas area and nearby communities when comparing year-over-year changes. We have seen some homes go under contract and come back on the market due to buyer's inability to qualify for their mortgage due to interest rate increases. The number of available homes for sale and the months supply of homes for sale remains low, but supply is increasing in comparison to last month. In many markets, we are seeing months's supply of homes available for sale increase 50% to 100% in comparison to last month.
